Wow. I'm actually shocked right now. This place is a disaster! Party of 13 came for a birthday and ordered many drinks, shots, and food. They forgot so many orders--and the waitress was like a hibernating bear. I mean seriously? 13 people and you can't come by to get any more drink orders or make sure everyone got their food? (They DID NOT). Then, the real kicker comes! We have to split all our own checks! It takes about 20 minutes to do this crazy math. I feel like I just crunched numbers on Wall Street. Such a shame for a cool place to really let the service fall so flat. We won't be back. Sorry!

Hostess has serious attitude. Policy of forcing a party of eight to a 20% gratuity and refusing to accept cash for a portion of the tab is worth less than one star. Not to mention the servers who treat large parties with disrespect because of said policy guaranteeing them gratuity. Then they ask the customers to do the math? Are you kidding me? See other reviews for confirmation on this. So unethical. I’ve never NOT wanted to pay for my tab so bad. Oh, and the hygiene of their employees needs some serious work.

Food was just ok, but the service was AWFUL. After waiting 1 hour to get seated after being told 30min, the waitress was very short with us, and disappeared after taking our order. No drink refills, nothing. After our food came she disappeared again. Again no drink refills, a member of our party had to go get us boxes for our leftovers because she was no where to be found. We even had to go to the hostess to ask her to get our waitress for our check. Don't even get me started on having to divide our own check. For what you have to put up with, the food isn't worth it.

Not totally thrilled with the food and drinks this year. Mules don't come in mules. Drinks too strong. Not too fond of the Tex Mex type of food, no cilantro, not enough salsa or pico with meal. Used to love it, don't know what happened. Backyard has way better drinks.

Customer service here is pretty much slim to none. Food is okay. The bar is pretty excellent with many creative choices.
