I have used this service twice, my first experience was good. The food arrived on time, and all my items were included in my order. The driver was friendly. I placed my second order today, and for some reason it didn’t apply the $1 off from posting a picture last time. It was checked on my ordering, but didn’t appear on my email confirmation. It’s not totally a big deal and maybe I did something wrong – but I am a girl who likes a discount and so I’ll give it another try on a different day! My order today was right on time and still hot. Had a different driver this time, but he was very friendly and even met me at the door-not his car.

352delivery is the best delivery company in Gainesville food is always Fast and Fresh and they have the cheapest prices of any of the companies go ahead and check it out I'll wait. Any of the negative reviews you see on here are from a rival company who is trying to drag them down. If you want to go ahead and pay 5 bucks just for delivery before you even tip the driver go ahead and order from another company if you want to pay a dollar and a quarter of Mile which usually works out to two bucks order from 352delivery!

The driver complained about not receiving a better tip on an order that took lingering to deliver. Unprofessional and low quality for the fees you pay. There are better services that offer proper customer service in the area. Steer clear.

Waited half of my lunch break for them to deliver only to be told "Oops that restuarant is closed today". Now I get nothing for lunch thanks to this terrible service

Online order was quick and painless! Put my order in from Tampa, and got my girlfriend surprise lunch in Gainesville! They called to confirm the address and payment information. The app lets you track the order and keeps you perfectly in the loop. Even during the lunch rush they got my order picked up and delivered right on time. They sent a text once food was delivered. Highly recommend! No hiccups.
