Great food. Great service (from the manager). Unfortunately its quite understaffed. So its understandable. But I would definitely go back and definitely recommend. However don't go if you're in a rush. Props to Walter Jiminson (Manager) I've never seen great leadership being shown at any restaurant quite like that. Great work and effort.

On this particular evening we had the whole restaurant to ourselves, with the exception of a nice couple from the Bahamas who were hanging out on the mainland for a little vacation time off their Island. Our waiter was on point the place was clean the food was great

For a place that serves lobster, this was a very disappointing experience. First, the server was friendly but mostly absent, having to ask a few times for the same things. On the Dueling Lobster Tails, the steamed lobster was over-seasoned, rubbery and salty, the rice was floating on a river of butter. The grilled lobster was OK, just a bit overcooked. The manager suggested they overcook the veggies, because that's how their clients like them. I don't! I like them crunchy. Broccoli was overcooked as were the green beans with mushrooms, but at least the latter were very tasty.

The only thing good here are the biscuits. The lobsters are always ...I mean ALWAYS way overcooked it feels like rubber in your mouth. The pasta is greasy. I don't understand cooks that work at a lobster place that don't have a clue on how to cook a lobster!! I wouldn't eat here again even if it were free. The food is just .....bad. I even picked out a live lobster from the tank! And it's was horrible. It should be fresh but it was inedible. The lobster tacos hadike 3 small pieces of lobster on them which tasted like 3 pencil erasers. Don't waste your time or money at this place. PERIOD

This place has gone down. The food was ok. Just ok. When a family of 3 spends $150 I expect excellent food and excellent customer service. My daughter picked this place for her birthday and she was happy so that's all that matters. The server was practically rushing us to finish our food because the place was crowded. We got our biscuits cold, the Cesar salad was dry and had no dressing, and our food came out the kitchen individually instead of all together. By the time my husband got his food me and my daughter were done. Needless to say I won't be returning. Not even with a gift card
