Love this place! The staff is awesome! They will joke along with you while giving great service. The bartenders know how to make perfect cocktails every time. And the food! Not a bad meal yet. Everything is cooked perfectly each time.

This Largo Chili's has historically had good to better-than-average service and good to slightly above-average food. Recent experiences at both this Chili's and the ChampionsGate Chili's off of I-4 have steered me away from eating at Chili's ever again. The recent changes in the menu and especially the inflexible delivery that they have with the tortilla chips and learning that the tortillas are either Frozen or pre-packaged somehow and pre salted doesn't impress me. What really turns me off though about the tortillas is that they have always left a strange taste in my mouth and when it's evident that the grease is not hot enough the tortillas are not being cooked and they're certainly not being drained and they ALWAYS serve wet greasy oily chips makes me want to hurl. I have had my last Chili's tortillas. So if I want those kinds of snacks I will go to our better local Mexican restaurants and I will only go to Chili's under duress or if I'm invited by a group. I will not choose to go to Chili's primarily because of these nasty chips. When they can serve the quality of tortilla chips that are at least the quality of to certain lower-priced chains I may reconsider patronizing Chili's again.

It's Chili's so I keep my expectations in check. But on this occasion, There was no hostess at the front check in counter for over 10 minutes and there were 4 groups that needed to be checked in. When we were finally seated, it took over 15 minutes for the server to come to the table. Once we ordered our dinner, it took 28 minutes for the food to come to the table. Btw, this was on a slow Sunday evening at 7:00pm. It's no wonder Chile's is not doing well financially. I will not be returning.

They serve great food and the waiters and waitresses were very nice and constantly checking on us to make sure everything was ok.
