I am a large man...I love to eat..Did not know anything about Texas Roadhouse ...Three steak places all within blocks. Let me save you time and money. Texas Roadhouse is a great value. The people there do a great job. You may have a bit of a wait if you do not call ahead..Yes you can call and get a seat...The prices are better then fair the front line people are great....You get more that you bargain for. Its fresh home baked bread and just plain good meat.. You will not leave hungry....Take it from me Chris Pitel...wow good!!!

We drive 25 minutes out of our way for steak at Texas Roadhouse. They tickle your tastebuds when they seat you with warm yeast rolls and cinnamon butter. Their prime rib melts in your mouth and is so tender it cuts with your fork. We also like that you can order and size you'd like. I don't eat huge portions at one time but my husband will order a 28 to 32oz slab of PR. Texas hand cuts their meats and I have had other cuts of steak. NEVER have I had a bad experience with my selections. Their grilled chicken is delicious as well. Go ahead..... order the appetizers. The only problem we have ever had with those is they leave you slightly full. 🤪 But that is what TO GO boxes were designed for. Service continues to remain excellent. They have the team approach and it is successful. Enjoy your meal at Texas..... we always do.

Great service from our waitress Paris. She was very attentive and friendly. My steak was cooked to perfection Medium. My family enjoyed the bread, I don't eat bread so I can't give my opinion on it but everything else was great.

We tried. We REALLY did. We wanted to like it. But unfortunately, we will not be back. My wife and I are the kind of customers you want when you're serving ( we know, we've been servers before). We don't stay long, we are polite and appreciative, and we tip VERY well, and we will write great reviews when we feel they are deserved.. But this is not one of those times. We went there once with some family members, shortly after they opened. The staff is very friendly, I'll give them that much. Somewhat attentive, they are busy, so I like to give the benefit of the doubt. But the food.. it's just awful. The steak was chewy, chicken tenders were fried to crisps, the fries were soggy.. everything was just bad about it. But we are those kinds of people who like to give second chances. SO we went there the other day. And I always get chicken tenders, and again.. burnt to crisps (how do you mess up chicken tenders, honestly?). Fries nice and soggy. My wife gets the country fried steak - hardly any gravy on it, burnt to a crisp, and she says it tastes spoiled. We're not one's who like to complain, so we deal with it. But then the check comes.. I wasn't aware there was an up charge for my sides ($1 each) - no one told me ( which I wouldn't have minded had I been informed). Then there was a $3.00 up charge for my wife's country fried steak (which was $11.00) that had the word "Smothered" under it. She didn't ask for more gravy. She had never mentioned anything about this up charge. So anyway.. We paid and left and just won't be going back. We tried to like it.. But it's just not worth the hassle or the up charges.

The place was absolutely packed, but they turn tables quick here, so the wait was only 20 minutes. Even at 7:30 on a Saturday night they still had all sizes of prime rib available, which is a feat unto itself. We had the fried pickles as an appetizer , and it was enough for a table of 4 to all have a sizable portion. The steaks, ribs and chicken were all perfectly cooked and tasted great. As for the sides, the loaded baked potato was a monstrosity of deliciousness, and the green beans were crisp and not cooked to death. The star of the sides though was the loaded sweet potato.....topped with melted marshmallows, a caramel sauce, and cinnamon butter....it was a decadent serving of type 2 diabetes, and it was worth it! Our server's name was Tamara, and she did a very commendable job, and deserved every cent of her tip. All in all, a very well done job to the entire location. The reason it didnt get 5 ⭐is because the mens bathroom was like a war zone. Not filthy, but one urinal down and water everywhere.
