Excellent Service and Food. This resturant should be on your 'A' list for all occasions.

I love the spa and casual dining restaurant at Eau spa so I thought we would give it a try. I was not very impressed. The service was terrible. The food was ok but not worth what we paid. I will not return there.

My new favorite place. Had some friends take us there for dinner. Love the Eau Palm Beach Resort and will need to come back for weekend. Lobby had a great buzz with entertainment . Our friends are foodies so I knew we were in for a treat. The food and service was outstanding. One of the best dinner experiences. Everyone loved every dish from start to finish. We met the chef. She is charming and passionate about her food. I thought the prices were very reasonable. We will be back soon. They have a great wine selection and are doing 1/2 off bottles on Tuesday nights. Tip after dinner we had a drink by the fire pit overlooking the ocean.

A lover-ly dining experience; plush, posh place. Very good wine pairings.

I was extremely disappointed with most things about this restaurant. The experience was bad from the moment we walked up to the check in desk. The woman was inside the dinning room and saw us but she didn't come to seat us. I wouldn't be complaining if she had been waiting on someone, but she was just standing there. About three minutes later she finally came to seat us. When we sat down, the waitress asked our parents what they wanted to drink. Notice how I said parents, they didn't ask us kids what we wanted. We confronted the waitstaff and luckily they were very apologetic. But then something else happened with the drinks. One of my bothers ordered sprite, and he got water. My other brother ordered coke and got root beer. We ordered our appetizers and entrees at the same time which would normally be fine, but not at this restaurant. One of my brothers and I both got things off of the kids menu because we are twelve. Then it went downhill. They brought our main meals out with everyone else's appetizers. They were okay but were extremely small portions. My youngest brother got a cheeseburger off of the kids menu and asked for medium rare/medium. When he got it (while most of my family were eating appetizers) it was almost blacked. He had to send it back. The restaurant didn't even have the courtesy to take it off of the menu. I don't really know how the entrees were because I ended up going back up to our room before the rest of my family had their entrees. All i know is what my sister told me. The entrees were okay, but not five star worthy. Also she said that the service never improved throughout the meal.
