The eau more like the ew. The service is terrible and it is full with screaming kids. It took 1 hour for crappy pancakes! Dirty. Frustrating. BAD.

Having come to this hotel often in its former incarnation, this was our first stay at Eau. I wanted to wait these four years or so -- let everyone else deal with the noobs, get the kinks out and I'll stay at The Breakers while they did. It was a tough assignment but, as it turns out, Eau has done a terrific job of meeting or exceeding Ritz expectations. I read a number of mediocre or bad reviews about the restaurants at Eau. We had a better experience. Opting not to leave the resort for meals, we ate at Temple Orange multiple times. I would give the restaurant three and a half to four out of five stars. The menu is pretensious and silly but the food was good and we were very happy with each of our servers. One night, Leroy went out of his way to bring hot tea to our room because my wife was not feeling well. Yvonne (I think is her name), with her beautiful Jamaican lilt, shared Carribbean pearls of wisdom with an unassuming, simple way. Happy Birthday Yvonne! Try the burger and fries from Temple Orange. Pass up the ridiculous smores. The large square marshmallows look and taste as expensive as the dish but are completely unsuited to the fire. The three thin (communion-like ) wafers of chocolate were barely enough for a taste. Dont let that stop you from hanging out at the fire pit though. The organic salmon with fennel was incredible. The skin was slashed, seasoned and charred. The burrata and tomato salad was very good. The watermelon and feta salad was served like a small construction project with building blocks in a rectangle but it worked. It was very good. Lose the goofy, inexplicable language on the menus. Other than in the Trump Style Guide, it should be illegal to use the words "haricort verts," "escabache style" and "macaroni and cheese" all on the same menu. I would request a focus more on substance and less on form. The Sunday brunch is worthwhile but it could use a creative power-up. For half the price than at The Breakers, it is about right for what you get (and The Breakers $100 price tag is worth what you get there). I had ample amounts of shrimp, smoked trout, nova salmon, steamed clams, cold soup, and nicely roasted prime rib. Shotglasses creatively hold sauces with eggplant-wrapped feta hanging down from a toothpick. (kind of looked like a crucifixtion but I turned the other cheek). Pastries finish it off. Plus, the optional endless champagne bar, with creative add-ins, is terrific. Outside sitting was great at night because we had fine weather. If it starts to drizzle, the wait staff is on it with a quick transition to tables under the roof. I would probably not go out of my way to visit Temple Orange, other than possibly for brunch. If you are staying at Eau, it is absolutely worthwhile.

Went here for a bourbon tasting event and they did a great job pairing foods.

Located at the Eau Palm Beach Hotel, this Mediterranean themed restaurant offers outdoor seating with great views. Come on Fridays for the seafood buffet. Best part - there's a BYOB option!
