I am from Kentucky/Ohio, and this is the best Chipotle ever visited (out of maybe 20 total stores ever). Everyone was very kind and friendly. All staff made me feel comfortable ordering a meal for my daughter with many food allergies. Clean store, great portions and the manager even ran out a bag to me when she saw me struggling slightly holding the food with my kid. I really wish we could take this store back home with us.

**MANGERS PLEASE READ** I went to Chipotle last night. Sunday, March 25 at 7pm. Everything was great, except the cashier. My receipt states his name is Cody. As I was finishing with adding whatever I wanted in my bowl, he was at the register complaining at full force. The women who made my bowl was extremely nice. Too bad Cody ruined my experience. He stated he hated working Sunday’s, how everyone should be at their house eating with family because it was a “holy” day and not eating out. He went on the entire time we were there with how mad he was that it was busy and he was working that day. NOTE: my boyfriend and I, as well as two other people eating were literally THE ONLY ones in the restaurant at the time. He stated a family of 10 had just came in and was the reason he was mad. As a customer who just ordered, being told we shouldn’t be there on a Sunday because we should be at home eating our own food, that’s just wrong. The gal who made my bowl heard everything this cashier was saying. Nobody said anything BUT there are other witnesses. I’ve been to a lot of different Chipotle locations and this was by FAR the worse customer service I have ever seen. If you want to complain so bad, wait until you’re not cashing out a customer or better yet even in the presence of customers. As we left, the only thing we took from that experience was how rude and inappropriate the cashier was. My boyfriend and I probably won’t be visiting any time soon as it was clearly state outloud “people should be at home eating with their families.” I don’t do reviews unless something truly bothers me. It’s a day later and I’m still in awe with how disrespectful the cashier was. If I was the manager and watched how he reacted while TALKING TO CUSTOMERS, he would have been let go. Worse customer service ever.

My wife and are very happy that we now have this Chipotle’s near by. We always have great service and though I don’t know all of their names, Destiny always goes the extra mile for customers. We highly recommend that you check them out.

Got in line to order - wanted steak in my burrito but they were out. They said they were making more, which was no problem. A couple came in behind me and also wanted steak. They were told to wait as well. Another couple came up, ordered and received their food. When the steak was done, they made the bowls for the couple who came after me. I stood there waiting for somebody to notice that I still hadn’t received my food yet. Another guy came up, and they started making his order. One of the staff members told the guy starting the bowls / burritos to not forget me, but at this point there was ANOTHER man in line. I wasn’t getting my food clearly standing in front of them so I got irritated and got in line behind the the guy that just came in. I didn’t get exasperated and didn’t say a word - to be honest I was trying to practice patience and I was hoping thet’d offer my meal for free, seeing as how I waited right in front of them for 20 minutes or so. Finally got my food - not free - and left. Will not be returning. Customer attention and service sucks. Perhaps if you throw a fit they will notice you. Good luck.
