Jelecia was nothing short of amazing. We haven't gone there that often and she remembered our orders exactly. We just got back from Mexico for our honeymoon and we had amazing service there; I never thought we would get the same smile on our face here. Thank you Jelecia for your amazing service. My wife and I were VERY impressed!

They need to have customer care training courses. I called maybe three times and each time the same girl answered the phone and because i did not know the specific name of the breakfast meal I wa tee she put me on hold then hang up right after putting me on hold. I didn’t even want their food anymore. I had to call corporate offices because when i asked to speak to the manager she got an attitude and said “we don’t have no manager”. I have worked in retail and restaurants for quiet some years and not once did any of my stores not have a shift leader/managers on board at any given time of business hours.

Vaniese was a great help. Very friendly but on point with serving everyone that was delegated to her. Quiet. Not much traffic but great place of you have more employees like her. Great job IHOP!

This place was very unprofessional and I didn’t even dine in. I ordered food to go and it took 15 mins to wait to place my order because the cashier felt as if other things were more important. Then when I receive my food it looks disgusting. I ordered the Appetizer Sampler. The onion rings were burnt, the chicken tenders had a rubbery taste/texture to it and the mozzarella sticks weren’t fully cooked. Yes! I’ve worked in fast food before and I know when food in under cooked, but that’s also common sense. The manager was really nice and gave me a refund, after I brought the food back. Wouldn’t eat here again. Hope this helps.👎🏾
