Today I visited this location (Sunrise & 15) Surprisingly I was the only car in the drive thru at 1:20pm. One would assume that we wouldn't have any issues....WRONG! The young lady that was at the window was nice. She asked what kind of sauces I wanted and all. Once i get our food 2 meals and an order of tenders. (I asked for more honey so she knows who I am)
STRIKE 1, I pull off and realize she didn't give me my drink so I had to go turn around and go back.
STRIKE 2 I get back to the office and I have tons of ketchup, and jelly which I DID NOT ask for and none of the sauces that I did ask for.
STRIKE 3 My mashed potatoes were DISGUSTING if I had time to drive back I would've they were runny and had this weird looking orangey looking grease in them!
STRIKE 4 One of the meals that I ordered I asked for Mac & Cheese twice on this particular order and they still didnt get it right and gave my co-worker the DISGUSTING MASHED POTATOES!
In all honesty what annoys me is that it's not cheap so I don't expect crappy food or service. If i would've been at any other fast food place where the food is inexpensive and of lesser quality I wouldn't complain.
