Not impressed. Meals have been better in the past. The experience feels very transactional and the customer service has lost its edge. For the price...the meal was not worth it. For example: 5oz of lobster for $41.99!! It was only after we ordered the meal that the waiter offered the price. Although lobster prices are pricier than normal due to storms up north (and even though they state market rates are high on their little chalkboard sign outside) $41.99 for 5 ounces is crazy. Like extraordinarily overpriced. As a courtesy for the guest, the waitstaff should be stating the price before the order is taken.

Not a bad spot. Service was not that great, but waiter apologized multiple times and even took our apps off the check. Everyone thought their food was pretty good, but I would say mine was not. I got the fleit and lobster which was soaked in butter. The mashed potatoes and Brussels spots were soak in butter as well. The insulting part was that everything was reasonably priced, except the surf and turf was label market price. When the check came, it was $69.00, plus the salad. No way that was remotely close to being 69 bucks. Buyer beware. Stick to the basics.

Fantastic food. The out door seating under the Banion trees is the best. My favorite is the crab cakes, but everything is great. You can't go wrong eating here.

Seated at 8pm Tables still available (Thurs). Bread served immediately. Red pepper jelly nice touch. Wedge salad lacked bacon. Shrimp room temp. Dessert trio good choice. Best part of meal with tangy key lime pie.

Have eaten at this restaurant before and the food is lovely! Tried to make a group reservation over spring break. Called and spoke with a manager, who was going to speak to the GM and call me back, which never happened. Called again and spoke with "the owners sister" who was quite frankly the most unpleasant person I've dealt with in some time. She told me she spoke to the GM and there is nothing they're "willing" to do for us. I inquired about breaking our group up, to which she rudely interrupted me and said "quite frankly there is nothing were willing to do for you". Refused to have the GM return my call or allow me to speak with hum/ her personally. It's sad when abusiness, who is in the business of serving people, are rude and unwilling to work with people. Is it because we're out of town people? We were willing to break up our group into multiple reservations and she wouldn't even allow me to do that! I'm disgusted at her customer service! The owner should be ashamed to have her sister great her customers this way!
