Blue Jasper catered a graduation party for us on short notice and it was absolutely wonderful! The menu was perfect, the service was on point, and the food was delicious! They helped me to meet all of my guests needs whether it be gluten free or vegetarian. And when the guest of honor wanted more bacon, another tray was not a problem. There was so much extra food and it was so yummy that everyone at the party took home leftovers. I would definitely recommend Blue Jasper for all you catering needs!

Wow! This place is the best little restaurant I have ever visited in this town! This was the first time we visited blue Jasper, and we ordered breakfast. We ordered the Banana Foster French toast, and the breakfast quesadilla. You can tell everything is made from scratch and homemade, the ingredients are healthy and the food does not leave you feeling overstuffed or lethargic like some places. The coffee is fresh, hot, and taste great. The food was quickly prepared, and came out hot! The items on the menu are very standard, but with a unique twist and flavoring and ingredients, which make every piece of food that comes out of the kitchen its own little masterpiece! This will definitely be our go-to place from now on for breakfast or lunch. The staff, was super friendly and helpful. Our server CASEY was very knowledgeable and was able to give us details on all of the items that they serve as well as some background even on the owner and Chef. Overall if you have not been here yet, you need to go now :-) this is literally without a doubt the best place in town!

My husband and I went to Blue Jasper for the first time. I had seen good reviews and pictures. First the service was fantastic. Casey and his associates informed us of the food, favorites which were a lot of them, and they were so attentive throughout our meal. My husband ordered the Shrimp and grits which he has been longing for, well they were scrumptious and good to the last drop. I am very particular about my omelets. They have to be soft and fluffy. Again the chef came through. I ordered the Denver and must say this was the fluffiest and most flavorful omelet I have ever had. The hash browns were crisp on the outside and soft and moist on the inside. The restaurant is nice. We are very excited to come back and bring friends. Looking forward to the egg curry en crute, chicken and waffles, stuffed hash browns, fish and club sandwiches. The owner certainly knows what he is doing, the food was great but the service and attentive staff will make us continue to come back. Thanks for a wonderful meal and service.

I love the corned beef hash. Waffle dessert seemed like a reheated waffle. Not awful but I only like freshly cooked waffles. Will try the curry at some point also the fish and chips. Chef owner is really good. Not the same old same old. I definitely recommend giving this place a try. Waiting staff are also very nice.

This place is a joke. Run by inexperienced people. We walked in and the place was packed. The hostess said it would be a 20 minute wait. I noticed there were two open tables for two. Immediately, three booths opened up. I asked the hostess if we needed reservations and he said no. I informed him that there were now three booths open and two single tables available. He said they were for bigger parties. Mind you, the three booths were previously occupied by couples. They lost six customers in a four minute period because people were confused why this ignorant hostess was not seating guest. What a moron. As a local, whom local businesses thrive on when the tourism is gone, I will never go back.
