Wow. Is the only word that comes to mind after visiting PDQ on Pembroke pines. People Dedicated to Quality is correct, when it comes to this place. Very friendly staff, management was very attentive and greeting all customers and working directly with staff. I didn’t know this restaurant was as good as I experienced going to it for the first time. No comparison to Chick-fil-A. I’m amazed at the service, good service and cleanliness, also amazing food. Please keep up the good work and you’ll definitely get repeat customers.

I love PDQ...but sometimes they have some very inept people working there who apparently think that for two meals 4 sauces are ok. I normally get 4 sauces for a 3-4 piece meal and then whatever else the other meal requires. Just got home and realized we only got 4 (2 of one and 2 of another sauce) which is completely unacceptable and it’s raining and late, so no desire to go back, but def shouldn’t be something to go back for! Honestly though, I like that all their stuff is fresh, because they don’t have freezers, only fridges. I know this because when they first opened their Ft Laud location they had the yelp elite go there and check it out.

Well the food is good but today marks the second day we have found hair in said food. This was after the gal at the register hacked up a lung before excusing herself to the bathroom to vomit. Not a good experience. We’ll stick with chic-fil-a.

This location isn't the best. My husband and I love the company but the Fort Lauderdale location is the best! Pembroke Pines PDQ soda station has mold and looks dirty, didn't even touch their teas which I love but their containers were dirty. We had nuggets that were overcooked and hard. The salad and bowl were ok. The cashier was nice and friendly. Let's not talk about their cookies... my husband picked his favorite one and it was stale... they probably don't rotate their food.

Absolutely incredible Experience I told Server Candace that my boyfriend was allergic to black pepper so they grilled the tenders for him instead of frying them in the batter. The kitchen manager Michael made an extra trip to our table to make sure that our experience was great and the customer service was above and beyond. Thanks PDQ this should be one of you Corprate Traning Locations.
