We went in for lunch one day and ordered zucchini blossoms. They were greasy and tasteless. The pasta dishes were a measly side dish portion at full portion prices and served with what tasted like canned sauce. The meatballs tasted like those frozen ones and we're very hard. I am Italian and cook everything from scratch, even making my own pasta. I am kind of like "Lidia". They charge over $20 for a lousy small portion of pasta with 2 lousy, and I do mean lousy meatballs. They have lots of business because most people don"t know the difference anyways. Shame on them! Way way overpriced and lousy. That"s how people become rich!

If like to have some original Italian food, this is the place. Monday is 50% their amazing wine list all day all night. Their bar menu as well as the dining room is totally delicious. Angelo and his staff with a super friendly atmosphere and food makes you feel repeating!

Great place with valet parking. Outside seating is cool when it's not too hot and later at night with less traffic. Friendly staff.

Most of the food here was a near-miss. The lobster thermidor was overly salted, but otherwise had a good flavor. The arancini were't the usual bite-sized pieces filled with mozeralla. Instead, they were tennis ball sized pieces that had a center of veal and peas. Better were the pizzas and salads. Large wine list, but mostly Italian with very few California selections.
