Had my office holiday party for 30 people catered by Blue Willy's Barbecue this past weekend. We ordered beef brisket, pulled pork, ribs, chicken, macaroni & cheese, beans, collard greens, and the jalapeno corn bread. Everyone raved about the food. There was not one item that was anything less than exceptional! Every item was prepared perfectly and full of flavor. The ribs were meaty and tender, the beef brisket and pulled pork were both very tender and tasty. Even the chicken, which I included just to have as an alternative, was really distinctively awesome. Everyone could not stop eating the macaroni and cheese, as it is very addictive. Even the beans and yes, even the collard greens have to be tried. Usually, I could pass on either of these, but they were both exceptional. The corn bread had a great texture, crunchy crust and moist on the inside, packed with flavor. I could have not been more pleased with my choice to use this place. The staff is also very friendly and personable. I also met the owner Will, who is just a really nice guy. The restaurant itself is ordinary and nothing to get excited about. Who cares? The food is exceptional and you must check them out!

New location since my last visit leaves something to be desired. Precious location was a hole on the wall with at least a little character. This location is best described as a little dumpy. Food was good. Brisket was above average, sides were all good and ribs were great. Tea was old and not good. Overall it's worth the barbeque, but this place could be so much more if the staff put a little effort into maintenance and cleaning.

No one really seems to eat here. It looks like it's always empty. But that's because the super-fast staff is serving up a never ending progression of to-go orders phoned in ahead of time. Their brisket, sausage, pork, and mustard sauce are all amazing.

I Had eaten here when they were in Pompano on A Pastrami Thursday which was great. I passed the new location in Ft Lauderdale and decided to stop for lunch. I ordered their pulled pork sandwich on an onion roll with a side of baked beans. The bun was great but unfortunately the pork was dry. The beans were very good. Not rushing back.

Poor customer service on May 6th at 6:45pm. I called to see if they delivered and a woman picked up the phone and said that I had to do it through Uber eats. Not a problem. I asked about prices for the sides and the main meat that I wanted. She told me what I needed to hear. I download the Uber eats app and guess what? Everything I wanted is unavailable. I try calling back to see if that’s correct because when I inquired about it, it would have been nice if she would have told me that none of my choices were available. I called back 5 times. The first time it went straight to voicemail. The second time the phone was taken off of the hook and sat on the counter. I could hear her taking orders. She took three. That’s fine, but at least pick up the phone and tell me that you’ll be with me shorty. I got nothing. I hung up after four minutes and 15 seconds. The third and fourth time I called it went straight to voicemail. The fifth time she picked up the phone, said nothing to me, but continued taking orders. After 45 seconds or so she hung up the phone. I hear the food is great, but unfortunately I will never know.
