As always the food is very delicious. I do have to make one observation and that was that my chicken was a little dry. I would have noticed that out to my waitress but she was MIA the whole two and a half hours we were there. Why so long? Well it would have been nice for her to show up at the table once in awhile in between the people dropping off the food. I had to get up from the table and go to the food station ask the person I believed to be in charge there to please find my waitress so that we could pay and leave. This is not the first time this has happened. However the people sitting next to us I have to commend their waitress. They were always noted by my husband and myself at seeing attentive to there Patron. I gave this a four star versus a three-star face on the actions of the manager. She was so ensuring that this is unacceptable and she also listen to while I was explaining to her how I felt. She did not cut me off she, she did not blow off my concerns. I did not want anything except to tell them about the incident. I told her that yet she definitely made sure that she let me know that this was not acceptable at her store. And she would talk to the person.

This place has terrible food. I mean most restaurant options in West Melbourne, Melbourne, and Palm Bay are terrible, granted but Carabbas is a joke. They have lines of people to pay for their overpriced terrible "fast food" Italian. Their pastas all come drenched in a bowl of tomato colored water, and most if not everything ordered was tasteless and flat. The service is mediocre at best, though they try and be friendly the staff is easily overwhelmed at the site of customers and only sit on the patio if you want to be forgotten. The restaurant is dated, old and dirty. If you don't see this it's simply because you have your eyes closed. I cannot fathom why this place does the business it does. The only explanation is that the options on this town are limited and many who go have dulled taste buds from eating such awful food. Good luck.

Great food and relaxed atmosphere. Our waitress Jennifer was a sweetheart. She gave us extra time to choose our drink and food selections. She never rushed us she checked back in with us many times. We love Carrabba's no matter which one we go to, either in Melbourne or in Cape Coral. It's ashame there are none around home in New Bedford, MA.

Very nice waitress. Food tasted really good but did lack presentation. DH ordered the chicken Marsala with broccoli and it looked like kids threw it on a plate. However, flavors were great.

My husband and I received a gift card to Carrabba's for Christmas. We visited on Palm Bay Rd. Feb. 25th for dinner. Neither of us had ever been to a Carrabba's and needless to say we will never be back, at least to this establishment. I have never in my life felt more disgusting in a restaurant than I did that day. I myself have been an associate manager for a corporate restaurant before and have worked in restaurants for over 10 years. I don't even know how your restaurant manages to pass a health inspection. I have a 9 month old child and the highchair we were given for her to sit in was absolutely filthy. I took wipes out of her diaper bag and used a handful of them to wipe down the highchair and the table and the wipes were gray!! I was so disgusted I lost my appetite. We also were seated by a window and the window was caked with food. grease or some liquid next to where my baby was sitting in her highchair. My mother was dining with us and she informed the server and a simple 'I'm sorry' was all that was said. No visit to the table from a manager or anything. As a matter of fact I never saw a manager the entire time we were there. On top of the dirty highchair, table and window, I had to use the restroom and I know I can always tell the quality of a restaurant by how the bathrooms look. The stalls were so gross I was afraid to even go to the bathroom. My toilet would not flush and the handle fell off!!! I could not wait to wash my hands and get the heck out of there. I did my best not to touch the handle of the door as I was going back to my seat. The prices on your menu surely don't reflect the overall quality of your establishment. I literally wanted to shower the moment I walked out the door. And to top it all off, my baby tested positive for the flu and strep throat yesterday, and I'm truly convinced she received it from your place of business. I am so unbelievably disappointed I will be sharing my awful experience with others.
