Pizza Hut

WORST EXPERIENCE. Have been going here for 20 years almost, know 99% of the staff. Always welcome me because they know me and treat us so nicely and with a smile. went in today, sat down with 5 of us, waiter I had NEVER seen before as well as the “lady in charge” (who claims to have been there for a “long time” Lolol). Ordered the two medium pizza deal and a FAMILY order of breadsticks (also it’s common sense there’s 5 of us???). Got salads from the bar, waited 15 mins for the WRONG ORDER , (a large Handtoss and we always order the Pan... and lol we ordered a medium😂). Told the waiter, who proceeded to try and cover her mistake with “this is a medium” but later charge us with a large.... and she didn’t do anything about the handtoss not being pan. 30+ minutes later, we ask about the SUPPOSED TO BE APPETIZER breadsticks and the second pizza. Turns out they don’t have Alfredo sauce for that one, so we say ok red is fine, proceeds to tell me they haven’t even put it in (we have been done with the first for 5 munutes). Brings out a HALF order of breadsticks, proceeds to tell me that we didn’t order a family size and then pulls out writing pad which SURPRISE! Says “family order”. We tell her we don’t want the second pizza since they haven’t even put it in and we’ve been in the place for an hour. Charges me 13 dollars for the damn large pizza when I didn’t even order large OR a handtoss. I Talked to the “lady in charge” who is the RUDEST piece of human ever witnessed. Snatched receipt out of hand, rolls eyes, says “I’ve dealt with you and your friend before” to my daughter who DOESNT EVEN LIVE HERE OR have any friends here lol - oh and she claimed she’s been here for YEARS, yet in my 20 years here, never seen her at the place and we go often (NOT ANYMORE clearly). Waiter laughing behind her. Asked her for her name, says “Ray” or something under her breath and proceeds to say “would you like my number as well” in a monotone. Tells me to “come down hunny” when she’s the one screaming at us...proceeds to say we are the pizza so we pay for it, when WE DIDNT CARE ABOUT THE MONEY, it was there RUDE, BEYOND AGRESSIVE SERVICE WITH EMPLOYEESTHAT DESERVE NO JOB. Mind you, we have lived in this town for 20 years and know almost everyone. Totally ignorant, rude, UNEDUCATED people. Sad to see employees like this. Pity them:( After all, what can you expect from someone who works at PIZZA HUT?? Lol

No knowledge of the food they have or don't. I ordered stuffed crust pizza and didn't find out until I cane to pick it up that they had run out of stuffed crust. The place was being run by a bunch of teenagers!! Awful!

If I could rate a zero I would. Walked in as a group of 5 on my mother's 71st Birthday. Seated ourself, waited and waited while the group of workers at the counter ignored us. We walked out and went to Captain D's and had a wonderful meal. We were definitely discriminated against today.

Food is great but wait time is horrible

Not good. Aside from the food being decent, everything else was bad: less than pleasant service, very dirty bathrooms, run down facility. There were 4 dirty tables just sitting there for a while.
