Really good food at a great price. Always clean, excellent service and I like the format! Overall, my favorite Chinese food in the area! Go check it out, you'll love it♥️

I don't ever write reviews, but I've never seen a restaurant so disorganized and I thought I'd go ahead and warn people about it. I don't mean to come off entitled in any way. (If you rather not read it all TL;DR We waited 3 hours for our food, then got sick / food was burnt and put together poorly,). So my mother ordered from here and sent me out to pick it up, I got there 30 minutes after we ordered because that was the time they gave us. When I got there it wasn't actually busy at all, there were a few people sitting down inside the restaurant, but it was mainly a group of maybe 8 people at the door with me who were waiting for our orders. I went ahead and paid for the food and asked if my order was ready, but the man told me it would be a few more minutes (this happens several times later on, haha). I sat down with the other people waiting. The employees were all very slow and unresponsive aside from the man who was in charge of the register and phone calls. He was friendly, but clearly very frantic and anxious about everyone who had been waiting for their food. He would repeatedly try to communicate with the people cooking, but the cooks were intentionally ignoring him and would roll their eyes or show little interest in what he was telling them. They would stop to text sometimes and one of the cooks actually took off his uniform in the kitchen and left in the middle of cooking...because I guess his shift had ended? I assume that because he started heading for the door. I think the rest of them were insisting he stay because of the holdup. So he continued cooking in a wife-beater. The man at the front keeps speaking to the group of people waiting, assuring them our food will be ready in a few minutes, but this continues throughout the next 2 hours. It gets to the point where the restaurant should actually be closed, and people one by one ask for their money back. The guy at the front doesn't argue with them. An hour later I got my food and went home. Yes, we finally got our dinner at 10 PM :P Definitely wasn't worth the wait, the food ended up being burnt or very tough, we were missing a lot of things, some of our meals were half done. For instance, the portions looked like something you would feed a 5 year old. Also, half of my family ended up sick! :D Woohoo! In hindsight I really should have just left after I got my money back.

Terrible food, terrible service and always freezing cold in the Restaurant. The manger on duty in the evening has a rotten attitude and he should consider a new career. The one in Boca has way better food and service. The quality at this location is terrible as well.

Good food even if they forget 1/2 the order and had to take it to go

This is by far the worst peiwei I've ever been to. Eating there is no different than ordering online you still have to wait a tremendous amount of time before you get your food. I ordered a couple days ago online and I've had to pick up in store and pay for my food when I got there I was skipped in line twice and I even mentioned it to the girl at the front and she acted like she didn't know what I was talking about. At the time that the food was supposed to be ready it was not I had to wait an extra 10 to 15 minutes. Today something similar happened as well, I ordered my food at 4 to be picked up at 4:30 and when I got there nothing was prepared yet two other people came to pick up and they were serve first and somebody actually ordered in line to eat in the restaurant and their food came out before mine was prepared. If you like extremely slow service no respect and sometimes subpar food than this is your place.
