Standard fare for this chain. Smaller in size than most I've visited in the past. Restaurant and rest rooms were clean. Counter staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Banter from back in the cooking area seemed lively, friendly and fun.

Went through the drive thru today. Ordered 3 chicken sandwiches and a salad. I was told a total of $26 and change... then I get to the window, and the chick with the unbecoming personality tells me the total is $30 and change. So I give her the extra 4 bucks and ask for the receipt in the bag. I leave the drive thru, and check the receipt. She added 2 double stacks that I never ordered. I ran the food I didn't order inside, and the manager was more than happy to refund my money. I get down the road, and notice the salad was not the one I ordered. Turned around, and had to get the salad I ordered. Again, the manager was more than happy to help. I feel bad for the poor manager. Train the blonde chick in drive thru, and please ask her to stop complaining that people come through drive thru. Especially when its raining. I'm only giving 2 stars because the manager was helpful.

You could tell these people were trying to follow lots of rules but it was painful watching them try and assemble even the simplest of orders. The beef was ok except it was room temp when I got it but the nuggets were so processed that they looked like soap suds inside. I liked Wendy's back in California but not this one.

This location has the friendliest staff of any fast-food place I have ever been too.

The girl taking the order could only take one at a time. We had to stand in line while she stood and waited the order she just told to show up from the back before she would take the next order. She shorted my drinks and I had to request that she actually fill my glasses.
