The food was delicious, and there are two reasons they lost the 1 star and got 4. 1. On the Outside the restaurant look bad. If i was not really house to get in and get any thing to eat because i was starving I would not go there just because it was not attractive at all. 2. It was pricey. Ok i get it seafood is suppose to be expensive. But, come on, take it easy. But for what it is, in general the food was really tasty. If you don't care for the money, go ahead. You will enjoy the food, no question. Inside it is beautiful too.

We go there at least once a week. Food absolutely delish. Their German food is the real deal. The seafood crepes and lamb chops are great and service couldn't be better.

Service and food was good. I had blackened Grouper. Mashed potatoes were good and quite hot. Dessert (Black Forrest Cake) was meh...seem like a Sara Lee Frozen cake, definitely not made there.

Simply stated : GREAT ! The German Sampler was just what I was hoping for and I savored each bite. The best news was I didn't " pig out" so I have a Wonderful dinner to look forward. Thank you for your culinary excellence, it's Most Appreciated ! Rick Vollmer

We decided to end our night at Le Pavillon after an unsuccessful visit to St. Augustine to see the Nights of Lights. The side salad I had as an appetizer was superb. I ordered the house special, which was a blackened grouper covered with a corn and vegetable salsa, and a bed of brown rice. I really enjoyed my meal, along with the atmosphere in the Victorian-style home. My daughter was adamant that she saw some ghosts during our dining experience. They must be good ones because I had a very enjoyable ending to a very disappointing evening of trying to find parking for the event. Our waiter was very friendly and personable...awesome service. My family and I are black and did not experience the snobby behavior from the employees that a previous reviewer wrote about.
