Nice place. The staff seemed friendly, the food was good. Lots of options for flavor variety... prices are a little high considering there is no table service here. I think the chicken could be seasoned better. Overall, enjoyable meal. Not too sure how "dedicated to quality" they are, but it was good enough to consider going back.

Food as usual. Very good. Service surprisingly slow & terrible. Person who took my order was clueless about the menu. Cost me almost 5 dollars more as a result was not worth even trying to explain. Clueless. Many people behind counter most of which were in groups talking 5, 6, even 7 people customers waiting at one time. Every person there including management should be fired and they need to start new. Go to Oakland Park or 17th Ave. and see how it is supposed to run.

Rodent...I've been here multiple times. Each time the food has tasted good, the staff has been friendly and the restaurant clean; that is until yesterday, 12/10/2017. So my husband and I had lunch here and right before noon, we saw the manager, chef and 2 other employees chase a small rat out the front door of the restaurant; not a mouse, but a rat. I can sort of understand that things like this sometimes happen, albeit unfortunate for anyone who has to witness it. Please note, the biggest reason I have for rating my experience with 1 star, is because not one employee, not the manager or the chef or anyone else there came over to our table and acknowledged what had just happened. They all ignored us, the situation, and everything in general. This was all really strange because my husband had a conversation with the manager right after we had paid. The mgr was explaining their new menu was going into effect this Tuesday, 12/12 and that unfortunately, my husband's favorite menu item, the turkey sandwich, would no longer be offered. Additionally, we were the only customers in the restaurant. No one else.... As I sat there filling out the online survey in the booth, my husband heard the cashier tell the manager, I think they are going to complain. Still, nothing. No common courtesy, "hey, so sorry you had to see that". Nothing..... My husband and I have both worked in the food industry and this is just unheard of. There was no damage control to mitigate our obvious disbelief. I won't be going back to this PDQ anytime soon. I certainly won't blacklist the whole chain because of one incident. But, what???? Really???? Not a word???? That's just so unprofessional.

I kept accidentally going to the chic.fil.a on Flagler on Sundays forgetting they're not open, forcing me to go to PDQ. At first the PDQ building was a bit off putting. I wasn't sure what they sold here, but then I decided to give it a try and that's it after that it was GAME OVER, I LOVE PDQ chicken 👌👌👌 the fries are great, the Oreo shake is great, the dining in space is great I love everything about this place and the creamy garlic sauce is the bomb!!! I love eating my fries with that stuff 😭 it's so good

I’m just going to start by saying I’m a huge PDQ fan. I love their crispy salad and chicken tenders. Their staff and facility cleanliness on the other hand, needs lots of improvement. I decided to dine-in and boy was I disappointed. The condiments section where the ketchup, utensils and soda machines are located was a complete mess and just plain unsanitary. They had no lids for the soda cups and used napkins all over that area. The staff members that went on break just simply grabbed their free beverages and ignored the mess that was around them. Clearly to me it seemed like the manager or staff members cared very little of their appearance to customers.
