Food is amazing but EVERYONE that works there is rude. Zero customer service and all the employees move slowly. I go there often but their competition has better customer service. Ask for more than 2 hot sauces or some extra gravy and they look at you like you're an alien They give you a huge attitude about anything extra(which I have no problem paying for) Their food deserves 5 stars but the service is so bad that I can only give 3 stars. I want to rate them higher but any other place has better service. The rude employees hold the business down big time.

This was my very first time at the Dutch Pot Jamaican restaurant company, on recommendation from a friend. There was a bit of a line as I entered the restaurant but for me that wasn't a turnoff. I noticed an employee on the outside of the store assisting the drive through customers. Good sign. When I entered the store I asked an employee if there were any menus. She didn't show me where to get one. She went and got one for me. Another good sign. When I finally got to the counter I received a warm welcome to the store. A great sign. My order came quickly and correctly and though the cost was a little more than I was used to, it didn't seem to matter. The service was great, the staff was attentive and overall it was a positive experience. PS. The food was good too.

I'm new to the area stopped in a few times No issues i felt like I would continue to go back....decided to go one morning for breakfast mind you breakfast was close to ending.....not to many people inside. I see a female employee wiping down counters, and she stopped I happened to turn and look she had her fingers in the corner of the pan pinching off saltfish and eating it. Once she realize I was watching her she dropped the fish back in the pan. I was so disappointed especially with the fact that she pinched off the food put it in her mouth and with the same fingers went back in the pan. The food is really good so I'm not sure if i should continue. I have told others about my experience they were also disappointed. Germs are germs. Scoop some out with a spoon and go to the back and eat.

This place is a hit or miss. They’re almost always getting my order wrong. The taste isn’t always good either. I was so mad I drove all the way home after waiting 20 min in a bumper to bumper line to find out that they messed up my order. I went there to complain to manager she corrected my order. Once again they messed up on my order I’m taking a break from this place

One of the best Jamaican food place in town. Food is great!!! Service though isn't up to par. Great idea to offer a drive tru service but waiting 20minutes in the line is absolutely totally unacceptable...and to think the food is already cooked! Typical Jamaicam mentally. I cancelled my order at the checkout window and went to grab some Chinese. 10minutes, and that's cooking it from scratch!!!! Dutch Pot your food is great and no offence meant but it's not worth wasting 20minutes of my time waiting in line. I'm taking a break from these guys because this is a daily occurrence and they are in no rush to improve the service. The checkout guy told me "Everybody loves Dutch Pot food so they're gonna come". Thats true but it's not worth the wait...well to me. Best of luck to you guys.
