The staff is friendly, but they're far too relaxed about their jobs. Despite being open almost exclusively to serve breakfast and lunch to the downtown corporate crowd, there is no sign among them of any sense of urgency. You will wait a minimum of 15 minutes just for a smoothie. I never have time to wait for them to put a sandwich together, so I can't comment on whether they're worth the wait. I rather doubt it. The in-store music is overbearing and seems to be played by the employees for the employees, not for customers' enjoyment. When I noticed the other day that none of the employees making smoothies were wearing gloves, I decided I won't be going back to the downtown Tampa store again. It's too bad the former owners sold their franchise because the new management pales by comparison.

40 minutes to prepare two smoothies and bowl. What gives? It was lunch hour, but come on... Food was great! Service not so much...

Usually I get thicker smoothies in the tropical smoothie in Orlando but this one was a little watery and could have been served quicker but the manager was getting on this guys so.. But it was still a good smoothie

Only reason why I gave it two stars was for the smoothie. Everything else was horrible. I walked in to pick up an online order, there is a long line of people at the register, no one at it. One worker was walking by and just looked at me, no smile, no words, and I said I had an online order, he goes, "when". WHEN. I said it should've been done about 10 mins ago, it's for Kait McNeil. He goes and grabs the smoothie and sets it down and says nothing. He went to walk away and I said what about the food? Then he went and looked for it and grabbed it. I got a Chipotle Chicken Flatbread and the chicken is sooo processed. It is chewy, like rubber chewy. Needless to say I won't be returning. And there is no parking, ever. But that's not their fault.

They need more staff during lunch time because waiting for a smoothie for 40 minutes is unacceptable. The manager had no clue what to he was doing. But I must say, my smoothie was good!
