I have to agree with the negative reviews here, and then some. The place is plain horrible in all areas, but specifically in those that should not be difficult to deliver in- service and quality. I think that the blithering squeaky voice waitresses feel their profuse, instigated "heroic" apologies somehow make up for their lousy service and distribution of food not prepared as ordered, but this phoniness does not. I don't think this place could deliver an order correctly to save their lives. It is truly pathetic as the issues are avoidable. Really- how difficult is it to prepare an item "well done" and without drama? Nobody wants hollow "apologies" nor self built heroics, only the food they ordered, and as offered. The "owner" responses herein are a joke- if you (the owner) truly cared about peoples' comments, I don't think the negative reviews would continue. Hopefully, Vinik replaces this farce of a restaurant very soon with an establishment that regards quality and service. We do not plan to return to this place, but instead will patronize establishments that have pride in what they do.

Love the wings. Cooked just right. Other food is good. Service is great.

The music volume is ridiculous! I have not read other reviews here, yet I would bet that this is not the first comment about the music volume. I visited this Hooter's from 6-6:45 p.m. on Tuesday, March 13th, 2018, en route to attend the Lightning vs. Senators hockey game. I will discuss the good, yet I want to first discuss the bad because you will only read so far down (I know I am long-winded). My party of four was sat in the bar area adjacent to the door to the patio. To begin, the music was far too loud. I could not speak, in an elevated volume, to the person sitting next to me without the person saying, 'huh' (we were sitting on a four-seat high top)? The next recourse would be to elevate my voice volume to where I would feel uncomfortable- the volume I would use if giving a verbal command, to another, to stop physically threatening me- and this level of volume is unacceptable in any restaurant. Hooter's is not a club. It is a family restaurant. …and this is not in my head. Our awesome waitress arrived, promptly after being seated, with a smile and to take our drink orders. I said 'water', in an elevated voice, and she replied with a non-verbal gesture where she shook her head- one time- and moved her ear closer to me (to signify 'I didn't hear you'). I repeated 'water' and pointed up, while rolling my eyes, and she replied with a roll of her eyes and mouthed, "I know." Management: I am an incredibly reasonable person- almost to a fault. I highly encourage you to lower the music volume in the restaurant. We could not have a conversation during our meal. Conversation is endemic to the dining out experience, right? Many people dine out so they can see friends that they have nothing else in common with; this is characteristic of growing apart as our lives take different directions, yet true friends still have a foundation with which they want to connect. The music volume robbed me of this experience. Finally, you might consider tinting the windows on the west side of the restaurant. The sun was setting and at the level where it glared into the restaurant. The glass magnified the sun's intensity. It was too warm, and uncomfortable, for everyone in my party. I know- I could have asked our waitress to move us, yet there was a 20-minute wait upon arrival, so I assumed that no other tables were available. …but our waitress was awesome! I think her name was Sarah. She was timely, courteous, and attentive to our refill needs along with inquiring about the food quality. I will never visit this Hooter's again. I may read, in the future, that they lowered the music volume. However, I am not going to risk a dining-out experience on an establishment where an outstanding issue would be patently obvious to anyone.

Shared some time with good friends this afternoon and Taylor our server made sure our stay was great. Very attentive to our needs and a well deserved tip. Oh and the wings were great too !!

When I was almost 9 months pregnant and HUGE, all I wanted was some Hooters wings and steamed shrimp, These ladies made me feel absolutely loved and adored, and fed me a scrumptious dinner! I didn't even feel the least bit uncomfortable. How's that for hospitality!!
