Ordered grilled snack wrap it was fried and looked like it had been sitting out for a while. Old and rock hard even through the middle. The lady that took my order was very rude. "I already told you we don't have that" when I took it back, it took us 10 minutes to to get the fresh one. Not to mention being badgered by the homeless people wandering around the lot. Would rather travel to another. Total transaction time 29 minutes.

Don't be fooled by the classy interior, this McDonald's SUCKS! I never thought it made sense to review a fast food chain, they're supposed to be identical after all. But this one is 2 blocks from my house and it is so horrible that I drive miles away if I want McD's. They FORCE you to use the kiosks which ironically don't work. but then, no one else there does either. If you try to get assistance, you will be met with the hand or ignored completely. I've been there twice when they had no sodas. The food is always old, cold and gross. The iced tea tastes like coffee. The staff is the worst Tampa has to offer. Clearly they need retrained from the top down. Avoid this place at all costs.

If there is one word to all around describe this McDonald's it would be atrocious. If you must stop here always ask for your food to be dropped fresh because you'll get something that has sat in the bins for at least 10 minutes, but beware the employees are the worst people they could find ever, may have been anyone off the street that could get in and fill out an app, no customer service. They can barely get the coffee right and that still takes 15 min to get to you. Good luck, AVOID THIS PLACE.

3/21/18 at 12:45 pm myself and my coworker was told to order from "the screen" (kiosk) by an employee. I walked out. I will not order from the screen. I will not be forced to. You have lost my business. That was insane. I want to interact with humans. I want to smile and great them and tell them how good they did and to have a nice day. The screen doesn't do that. We are forced to stare at a screen all the time. I'll be damned if you are gonna make me do your job and not get an employee discount. Shame on you guys.

I went to this McDonald's at 4:20 am on Wednesday May 2, 2018. I pulled up to the drive thru and said hello several times and no one ever took my order. I pulled up to the 1st drive thru window and seen thru the window the manager sitting down playing on her phone and twirling her braids. I knocked on the window and she screamed for another employee to come to the window. The young man came to the window and told me they were closed. I said but your sign and website says you are open 24hrs. He tells me the system goes down from 3:30am till 5am and they cannot take orders or serve food. He then shuts the window and walks away. The manager continues to play on her phone and never gets up. I drive away shocked. I'm very certain that McDonald's has no idea they are paying this staff for an hour and a half everyday to close the store and play on their phones. Not only are these employees stealing time from the company but they are also causing McDonald's to loose customers.
