My wife and I wanted to stop for lunch someplace that we thought we could get a consistent experience and do not typically go to "chain" restaurants. Chili's was on the way home so we dropped by. Boy, what a disappointment! Although the table we sat at must have been cleaned recently, everything was wet, not damp, wet. The fajitas were average if not less than so. Besides the food, I would not be able to guess at the last time the windows had been cleaned, always a sign that management is not on top of their game. Not the worst experience, but it is the main reason we do not frequent chains. The locals understand the business. We are sorry that we did not wait a few extra minutes of drive time to get a satisfactory meal and atmosphere.

The food was fantastic and I loved it! I would recommend chili's to a friend and go there again. The food was great it had a bit of heat in the rice but that make it even better. They give up endless chip which was amazing. But we got the ribs and we asked for more sause and the waitress never brought it and they were dry. That was the only downside, the kid meal came with fresh pineapple with tasted wonderful and its different than most restaurant that only served apples and vegetables. The chip were nice and light unlike the one you get at the store. Every thing was great! I recommend

The food here is amazing and always good for the most part. Sometimes you get a tough or undercooked steak. I ordered one time as a curbside to go order and upon arriving 5 minutes before it was to be done, I was informed my order was missing some meat because they ran out of it. Why did they not call me right away? I was not happy after a long day of work. I called and spoke to a manager and she made things right for me. The staff is always friendly and the place is clean including the bathrooms. Great place for any occasion!

I don't think I have ever had a bad meal at Chilies. The staff is always friendly, and attentive. I do love the happy hour, buy one get one, only critique is that they should only serve one at a time and not both at once. Thumbs up

The past two times the service was horrible. Thought maybe the first time was just a bad day, so we decided to try again. Tonight the food took 45 minutes to come out and was room temperature at best. Our server showed up twice the whole visit and thought it was a good idea to whisper to another server behind a menu as she took our order. Though she managed to visit the table next to us numerous times. The manager did take care of our bill, but this is just unacceptable One thing for sure is that we wouldn’t go thirsty as they tried to bring us other tables drink orders three times
