well... The original didn't come up on this invitation to edit. I hope it didn't disappear! This is our favorite spot to bring family and friends in Vero Beach. The owner, an eccentric fellow, spent years accumulating all sorts of interesting stuff, with which he adorns his two restaurants (the other being Waldo's on the beach). The "stuff" is as entertaining as the food is good. There is, indeed, a patio, complete with outdoor bar, on which one may dine. In busy times, and particularly during "snowbird season" (Thanksgiving to Easter, nominally), the traffic level can distract from outdoor dining. Which is of no issue, as there is booth dining off the main, typical-table, dining room, complete with another bar and at least one large-screen TV (we've never eaten in the main dining room, so I don't know any other details). Wait staff is awesome, and remembers return visitors. Food is reliably excellent, and the prices reasonable (some desserts excepted - but that's just me and my personal preferences). Don't miss it if you're in Vero Beach!

We had a great time.. This is the second year in a row we have spent mothers day here and I'm sure we will do it many more times. Our server, Melissa was amazing, funny and made our experience that much better. Thanks Melissa and of course The Patio.

Had the Grouper Fingers for an appetizer because my waiter recommended it and they were delightful for my two person table on a date night. After that we continued to eat our main courses which I decided to have a 10 ounce NY Strip that was absolutely amazing and my girlfriend had the planked Salmon which I thought was different to have on a menu, but she absolutely loved it. The meals were also recommended by the server who also paired our wines accordingly with our meal to our delight. Even the General Manager came by and asked how we were doing and we could not contain our excitement over how well we were treated and how amazing the food was. The server had other tables, but made sure it was like we were the only table and it seemed he did that with all of his tables. We were well taken care of, extremely happy with the food, and it was a plus to see management out and asking everyone how their food was and see how everyone is doing and learn a little about us and everybody that came in. If you want your taste buds delighted and to be treated like a king or queen then I do recommend the Patio.

Great food. Great service. A very nice place for lunch or dinner. Loved the fish and chips. They have an event room for large parties.

Went here for dinner with my girlfriend and another couple. We all ordered the all you can eat crab legs. Had a waiter by the name of Ed. He was by far the best waiter we have had at any establishment in Vero Beach. Ed was very polite, knowledgeable, and attentive to all of our questions and needs. Thank you Ed for creating such a wonderful experience. We will be back thanks to Ed
