This made for the perfect exit from Albany.. Right by the Greyhound station. My order had an error, but was easily fixed. Staff was friendly as hell and really seemed to enjoy their job.

THIS PLACE IS GOOD FOR SPEED AND FRESHNESS OF FOOD ONLY! THEY ALWAYS RUN OUT OF SPICY CHICKEN. HOW?!!! EVERYDAY?!! Common sense would tell me as a manager/owner, that if we constantly run out, we should probably adjust our production! On multiple occasions I have gone to get spicy chicken aND by 12 noon they say they have been out SINCE THE MORNING! and they will not be making anymore for the rest of the day! really?! And the customer service.....lord! These people are ghetto! and I hate to use that word, but they need to be taught how to properly speak to customers over the intercom. If you say you have a coupon, they cut you off in the middle of your order asking for codes and what the coupon says. Like....if you give me a chance, I will go through ALL of that! Based on the employees, I'm sure the managers aren't any better because they are a reflection of the management and ownership--WHO HIRED THESE PEOPLE! I know several people that are intelligent and well mannered who just don't have a lot of education and NEED a job. They would be a great asset to your company, as opposed to these unprofessional people that can't even speak proper English or be courteous.
