Blackbeard's was awesome! We did have to wait about twenty minutes, but completely worth it. Latisa was our server and she did a fantastic job! She was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable of the menu, and she was sweet enough to learn the kids' names and refer to them each time she was at the table. The zinger shrimp tacos were good, the hush puppies great, and the Brunswick stew was phenomenal! We will definitely go back!

One of the best restaurant in Albany. Price is very reasonable. They bring you a lot of food for the price. Also the waitress takes care of you very well. They blow my expectation and delivered it!

The all-you-can-eat ribs were very tasty! Our waitress was friendly and attentive. We will definitely be back.

The variety of food is enticing! Your first visit let the waiter/waitress know you'll need time to look over the menu (it'll be worth it)! Recommendations on food for seafood lovers,BBQ lovers, even just random thought... catfish, mullet, rainbow trout (try fried or grill)... chip/chop pork, turkey sandwich Brunswick stew mmmmm good... shrimp/grits bowl or strawberry spinach salad will fill you up... As far as a working there, only work there if your looking while in school, need a kick start/ back on ya feet job, or extra retirement money... the people working there are unique friendly people and I'm glad to say the food and the hospitality was 5 stars!!

Ate here twice in one day! Need I say more. Seafood for lunch and BBQ brisket for dinner. Service was good.
