Congratulations on being busy...but maybe you could let people know that you are too busy to take care of customers. We were seated within a fairly reasonable time. However, it took forever for a server to come and get our drinks and meal orders. The Hostess failed to provide us with Sushi menus; I had ask her for them. Hot Japanese tea could best be described as warm...hot tea is meant to be served hot. Waitress never offered to refill drinks...did it piecemeal. Our appetizer showed up after the salad and Sushi meals-and the Gyoza was cold. Normally I've enjoyed my meals here...nit tonight.

Me and my family went here for my mother's birthday a couple of days ago. We ordered, got our soup and salad from the waitress, and then didn't see our waitress for 45 minutes (when we were ready for our check). One member of our party received the wrong food and because the waitress didn't come back we couldn't let her know. We aren't ones to complain but this was horrible customer service. We went to ask to speak to a manager and we were informed that there was no manager on duty. This was a Saturday night! The man we spoke to said that the waitress took on a lot of tables, although I saw about 6 waitresses running around (one of which actually took our money when we were ready to pay). The man offered us no discount or any form of care that we were given bad customer service. The food is way over priced for the lack of customer service. We will not be going back.

My first time going, the staff was friendly and very professional, they made you feel welcome, the food was A1, will recommend it to my friends and family

Great service! Great food! Prices not too bad either.

Typical hibachi/sushi restaurant decor but nonetheless aesthetically pleasing. Service was a little slow but it seemed they had a missing server so perfectly understandable. We sat at the sushi bar ordered a bunch of traditional nigri, some Americanized deep-fried rolls (I'm not too much of a purist for cream cheese and fried stuff.) and an appetizer plate of shrimp gyoza. Gyoza is a dumpling that is pan fried to retain the soft texture of the wrapper. This gyoza was deep-fried, making it too crunchy. All the sushi we ordered was fresh and delicate and amazing. The host who was playing our server was friendly, attentive and funny. My only complaint was the gyoza and frankly, that's nitpicky. Definitely worth stopping in and enjoying some hibachi or delicious sushi.
