Nice atmosphere drinks good. Service was nice our server was quick on the feet . Food was hot but a tad salty. I also wish it was more of a authentic taste. I felt like it was all store bought . The rice no real flavor beans was hot but nothing special needed onion or something to kick it up . My husband fish really good

First thing 1st... the atmosphere @ Coco Cabana is phenomenal. This place stays open til 4am! FYI.. kids out by 10pm. The service was great. The free Salsa lessons is a plus. I must say, the lights and the music sets you off to a scene as if you were in Miami off Ocean Dr on South Beach. The MUSIC AND THE DANCING! I love it! There's no other place in Atlanta that has the space and the capacity to celebrate birthdays like they do here. That's why I lit up their reviews with ALL five ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. BUT! Second thing is, I was very disappointed in the food. I had been anticipating, indulging in the Paella since I 1st visited the place about 2 yrs ago. I tell you, the food was not the same. Last night my paella had chucks of chicken, but the 1st time the were grilled chicken parts that were so flavorful and grilled to perfection. So I brought this difference to the waiters attention, so he brought me a side dish of a leg quarter. Wrong again! This chicken was made to look as if it was grilled. It was not. It was baked chicken that turned to mush in your mouth. Again, overcooked! My guests also complained that the salmon was tough and dry (over cooked), another guest sent their steak and onions back said it tastes like cardboard tough and chewy with no flavor at all. My 14 yr old Dr had the Paella for the 1st time and she hated it so she didn't eat it. The waiter asked her if she was done and she said yes and took her food away. IT WAS A FULL MEAL, mind you, I paid for just thrown away.! He knew her food was on my ticket he should have asked me if I wanted the food to go. Her Dad would have eaten it. He eats any and everything no matter how horrible it tastes. That was a waste of my money and food. My suggestion is to MANAGEMENT please find a chef that is CUBAN, that knows how to cook authentic Cuban food.

I went to this restaurant Coco Cabana a few days ago with my girlfriend and the food there was awful my girlfriend asked for this dish that had ground beef and it smelled funky and tasted funny she couldn’t even finish eating of how disgusted she felt this is by far the worst restaurant I’ve been too the servers take to long the wait is very very stressful after all that waiting we get really bad food, cold and worst of all tasting bad never going back there again! its disgusting.
