I stopped here for most of the day till reload in Anderson, SC. I figured to go inside and check it out. I ate at Dad's. The sweet tea was really good, nothing beats the house wine of the South. The meal was good, hot and tasty. My experience here was terrific. Some ppl find it necessary to give bad ratings...its just in their nature. I laugh at those comments when I had a great experience.

There was no toilet paper in the women’s restroom in either stall so bring some toilet paper in with you🤬 The paper towels in the trash can we’re over flowing onto the clean paper towels🙄 and they had no soap. If things don’t get better they will be closing soon. There’s dopeheads everywhere! Especially in the parking lot after hours. I don’t know why the state patrol harasses the truckers here but pay no attention to the handoffs right under their noses. Bigger fines for us I guess? They open and close whenever they want to. Pay no attention to the business hours on Google or there door! They do have a restaurant that closes at 3 but no showers or laundry. We did a 34 here and it was the most terrible 34 hr reset I’ve ever spent. If anybody had any sense they would fire these crackheads and hire somebody who at least cares enough to be inside the store for customers coming in to purchase things or buy gas(they do not have diesel) or at least to clean the bathrooms and put some toilet paper in😡 You have to find the clerks outside smoking or whatever to get them to ring you up! That’s terrible! They do at least have coffee and fountain drinks and enough parking for maybe 8 trucks. If you think I’m just one of those complainers, go see for yourself. You’ll wish you had believed me! Your 1 star review is next...

I am definitely not a food snob; but, for real! We went into the restaurant at 12:30; the food looked as if it had been on the bar for hours! So, we ordered cheeseburgers. I got fries and my husband ordered onion rings. My "hand pattied" (as described on menu) cheeseburger had not been pressed properly and was all swollen in the middle; burnt on one side, half done on the other. The fries were okay. My husband's cheeseburger had not been pressed properly, either, and cooked the same way. Homemade onion rings are not as pretty as frozen, okay, I get that, but these had not been battered properly and were so greasy. The batter tasted like pancake mix. The whole meal we fought with flies. Sorry for the bad review, but we will not return.
