Food and customer service was great. Customer service has always been really great, each time I have been. Biscuits are always great, guess it depends on the day as to the taste of the chicken, another time I visited, the chicken tasted as if it was cooked in burnt grease. Was sad 1 day the truck hadn't come yet and they were out of almost everything.

Worst experience ever! My husband an I an another couple came in at the same time, we all stood there while two ladies that were working behind the counter never acknowledged us standing there after 20 min. Of waiting a man came out an said we will be with u shortly another 10 min passed an the same two ladies never acknowledged us! Finally one of the ladies came to the register and when we asked for the popcorn shrimp she informed us that they didn’t have any at all. Now mind u they weren’t by any means busy. Needless to say don’t waste ur time going to this Popeyes!!!!

Before I mention the chicken, I'd like to say their red beans and rice is as delicious as any I've ever had in New Orleans. Now, for that delectable chicken: whether I order spicy or mild, I know I'll enjoy a treat that is consistently awesome. The food temperature is always optimal, and the service is sweet and generous--I've never left there hungry. Popeye's is always satisfying.
