A local favorite of ours! I prefer their awesome burgers, but the rest of the family enjoys their fabulous seafood! Be sure to check out their All-You-Can-Eat crab leg night! My favorite beer is here too... Southbound Hoplin' IPA! Yum! Great atmosphere too! LOVE the dive flag! :-)

Took 7 to 10 minutes for the hosts to realize that they might need to put together a few tables for a party of 15 multicultural Americans to serve. While we we're waiting, 5 to 6 Caucasian Americans went past us without reservation or a seating hostess into the once empty restaurant and seated themselves with the host pair splitting up to accommodate them. Our familial party would have more than filled a third of the restaurant with my mother in law's birthday celebration. We departed when the hostess explained that she wanted to make sure that she was not in fire code violation to seat us by making sure we could evacuate if the necessity occurred. Yes! That was her explanation even though we had reservations ahead of time. We rounded our family and went to Bahama Bob's Seafood restaurant who greeted is with smiles and a long table with menus placed on the table upon meeting is at the door after a phone call while we were waiting at the evil restaurant. Even with less numbers I wouldn't go back to "Tin Fin"for all you can eat crab specials. They didn't follow the first rule of customer service and didn't greet us with a smile. For shame. Savannah is a seafood City and no one has to scrape or been to spend their money. Thank you Bahamas Bob's for coming to the rescue.

Always try to find the local restaurants wherever I go and am I glad I found this one. Once you walk inside you would never believe this restaurant is in a strip mall. The food is fantastic. The crab stew is creamy, full of crab meat and delicious. We had the shrimp and grits(huge portion) and the lightly fried scallops(again large portion), both were outstanding. Nice prices too. The staff were great. Definitely adding this little gem to my list places to go when in Savannah.

The food at Tin Fin is incredible! It's always fresh, delicious and served by the friendliest wait staff. Ms Clark should be proud of what she and her family and staff have brought to Effingham. Definitely our go-to place for seafood. (And the spuds are awesome!)

This was our first visit and the food was good! The service was excellent. But I think it was slightly over priced. More like fine dining prices with Sports Bar atmosphere.Bonus if you go in while a Georgia College football game is on they give away free (very 💪 strong) Jello shots for every touch down the bulldogs get!
