One of the worst experiences of my life. When we first arrived there was no silverware on the table. Had to wait 5 minutes for our table to even be cleaned. After waiting 15 minutes and trying to get servers attention we finally had to get our own coffee. Then when the food came out toast was cold with barely any butter when my mother asked for extra. My man waited until most of his food was gone before he got the sauce he wanted. I ordered a club with no tomatoes because I am allergic, when my sandwich came out it had tomato. So I sent it back. When it came out 7 minutes later all they did was take the tomatoes off the sandwich, there was still seeds in it! If i didn't notice that I would be in the hospital right now. Then when It came back to me AGAIN the meat was completely mushy and mostly fat. I had to run outside and throw up. I work in a restaurant and this service is BEYOND unacceptable. We will never be coming back.

Seemed like a nice place. Until the food got there. My girls food was wrong she is allergic to tomatoes she ordered the club no tomatoes. Came with them sent it back and even knowing she is allergic just took them off the sandwich and sent it back out. Waited 10 mins for a coffee refill to the point I walked up to get more myself and when asked to talk to a manager there isn't one on shift. They offered 10% off our bill. But said that's all the could do. Overall worst experience I've ever had to deal with.

I've had better service at Burger King and normally the food is great, but this visit was off from the get go. No silverware, refilled our own coffee, food was cold, hashbrowns were mushy and quite a few other complaints. Waitress said it's because she was busy while she was behind the counter standing, eating laughing and joking with other customers for 10+ minutes at a time. Not sure if we'll be returning!

They have good food and fair prices, but the service is not great. There are usually children who belong to the business owner running around and the waitresses have to play baby sitter. They are also understaffed so it can take a while to get food. The waitresses try their best and the food is good.

Haven’t been there for a long time, tried it tonight and have to say it was the best liver and onions we have had in a long time. The waitress was great and very sweet! We’ll continue to come here if it stays this good!
