We had a luncheon for about 65 Basque ladies and some kids and the griddle did an outstanding job. We selected from their catering menu, which was an awesome menu to choose from. We had the chicken and salmon. Didn't hear a bad word about any if it. The mimosas were very good too. We had strawberry cheesecake for dessert and their presentation was beautiful, besides being delicious. Abe and his staff treated us as family.

Went for breakfast on Mother's day. It was, understandably, quite busy. We sat at the counter. The eggs Benedict was horrible and the coffee was even worse (full of sediment and grounds). My husband wasn't impressed with his omelet either. The waitress was busy but it would have been nice to be offered a glass of water. For about the same money, the Express Cafe in Meridian is much better. Not likely to return to The Griddle.

First time here. Friendly staff an service. Fast but amazing food. I had the almond-crusted French toast with cream cheese and raspberry topping and a side of bacon. It was heavenly and divine, practically a spiritual experience. Coming back soon and often.

You can always count on the food to be exceptional. During this visit I had a BLT that featured their famous bacon. It was wonderful. Make sure you try their hand squeezed orange juice.

Great service! Felt like they actually cared and wanted to make our experience there great. Loved the atmosphere, and amazing food! Will definitely return
