Came in today and ordered a GF pizza and a GF cheese bread. I’m not sure if the day shift guy just isn’t intelligent enough to make it or what the deal is, but I was told “sorry we don’t have that.” I found that funny since I’ve purchased them from this location and several other locations numerous times. It’s really not that difficult, I don’t even work at Papa Murphy’s and can tell you how to do it. Grab a GF crust, put the garlic butter spread on it, throw the cheese on it and the herbs on it and you’re done. The manager or owner was there, but didn’t do anything or attempt to find out why the employee said they don’t do it and even after I told him I’ve gotten here before again said they couldn’t do. Maybe a little training or better hiring is needed.

I went to papa murphys on a Sunday only one person they're running the whole store. I place my order only to have about 8 other people walk in and give their order. Thinking that my pizza Would-be done the guy put 8 other people in front of my order.horrible service and poorly Trained employee as in 1. I had to stand there and watch my pizza being made to make sure they put it together right and of course they ended up almost making a mistake I had to correct .Obviously I won't be back

Best Papa Murphys store. Great employees. It's so good, you really should order before you go on weekend evenings.

I've ordered pizza from here a few times before, the service wasn't the greatest, but the pizza is good. Today I called ahead knowing the wait sucks. After 6 rings, Sam took my order. I couldn't tell through the whole conversation if he was talking to me or someone else. He couldn't seem to hear me either. I repeated my order as he couldn't hear the first time, I repeated my cell phone number as he couldn't hear the first or second time. Then, he ends the call with "oh man we just got a lot of orders, it's going to be at least 25 minutes." It's not that I wasn't willing to wait for the pizza. I wasn't willing to wait for a pizza, and bad customer service. Too bad, it is good pizza.
