This place is amazing. It's exactly what I would expect in Idaho and they nail it. I find it very disappointing how 99% of restaurants use the typical boring frozen fries. This place does fries right. They are very fresh and taste amazing. They have tons fry options, then tons of seasoning options which you put on yourself. I really like this because I like extra salt and spicy salt on my fries. I like the Cajun, saracha, and rosemary. They also have tons of fry sauce. I like ketchup of course, but also really like the spicy ketchup and spicy fry sauce. There burgers are also incredible. They have bison burgers which is dope, great veggies, and an amazing bun. I don't drink, but they also look like they have great beers as well.

As a vegan, they catered to us and were incredibly knowledgeable! They cooked our vegan patty separately from meat and then asked us to try the vegan cheese that they’re testing out for their customers! The meal was absolutely amazing and satisfying. The employees were kind and helpful and made sure we were satisfied! I have hope for Boise with this place around! Even for non-vegans, as much as I promote a plant-based diet, the fact that they use grass-fed and local meats is 10X better than other burger and fry joints. Definitely recommending this place and the vegan burger to my vegan and non-vegan friends alike!

A winner on so many levels: Friendly, welcoming, and helpful staff, amazing fries from an interesting selection of potatoes (the purple potatoes are wonderfully creamy), great burgers, and a wide selection of salts and sauces. It was all topped off with local brewed root beer. Thank goodness we live close by.

Love Boise Fry Co! They are a local fry and burger place that actually uses local potato's, local beef and bison, and a local bakery for their buns, and they have a selection of local brews. Being a small local business we really dig this concept and we continuously try to support other local businesses. BFC is one of our favorite local restaurants! They make a wicked vegan burger and their fries are always fantastic. The bison burger is another favorite of ours. Lots of tasty sauces and salts to choose from. Good beer selection both on tap and in cans. Friendly and efficient staff. Cool, fun atmosphere. This is just one of their locations so if this isn't close to you check out their other locations.

It's not awful. It's just not a 5 star place to eat. Also, they've got their own definition of fry cut styles so be aware of that.
