Their sign says “out of your entree? You ask, we wok it!” Meaning they’d be happy to make more. I kindly requested for the mushroom chicken to which she responded with 20 minutes. After I changed my mind since I couldn’t wait that long, the worker decides to reply with an immense amount of attitude saying, “ok, so what is it that you want exactly?” Which was fairly rude and uncalled for. Once I asked for the honey walnut shrimp, she then gives me 3 shrimp. That’s not even a serving. Won’t be going back.

I’ve eaten here many times over the past five years. The most important part of a resturant’s business should always be the food, and there are good options here, but they simply cost too much. There is for sure an imbalance of meat to vegetables to grains as well because the portions don’t line up. There is far too much chow mien or fried rice in comparison to the standard of two sides of meat options, that if one doesn’t get pure meat such as orange chicken, Beijing beef, or teriyaki chicken, then you’re missing out on meat with the price of the food. The service feels hurried, which is usually the case when there’s a line standing out to the end of the dining place during lunchtime, but that’s no reason for employees to buckle under stress. All service should be smiles and optimism at this chain, because you’re serving decently priced food to hungry college students. Im speculation, perhaps the staff isn’t getting paid enough? With that much business, the staff should be grateful that the restaurant is booming, and should be getting raises for good behavior. What I dislike most about this restaurant is how the food makes me feel after eating it. I’m put in a sort of coma after eating so much oily food. It takes time for my liver to process it all. I don’t like the feeling of sluggishness, and if others don’t want that feeling until their next meal, they shouldn’t eat here. Go to pizza pipeline for a shorter line, or to subway for far better food.

The food's not bad at all, but they once said they were no longer serving even though it was 15 mins before closing.

Kinda pricy, food was greasy, and the longest wait time in the entire CUB (10-15 minutes at least).
