While most McDonald's are run well, the management at this are not qualified. While it's currently under construction, I was hoping service improved. Seems half the time I've ordered no cheese, I get cheese....even today confirming, that's NO CHEESE, right?! Obviously the confirmation didn't look at the screen, it was extra cheese. Not a big deal, except the extra driving time. But when I returned, I was Kindly sharing my frustration. All I really wanted was to be heard, and new burger. Gabriella cuts me off. I let her finish. then I said how I'm not feeling heard, because I got cut off. She then says "My manager was talking and she's above you" WHAT??? She's above me? Gabriella needs to learn about customer service, because, well, the customer pays her checks, not her 18 y/o manager. So, yeah....management sucks, they are poorly training their employees and really feels like they don't value their job. If you manage this location and are reading this, I'll be dude with the camera on your guys next time, this stuff is gold and I'm looking forward to documenting these events in the future, cause I'm pretty sure it'll happen again on Thursday! The Internet would have LOVED Gabriella's act today, I only wish it was on video!

The remodel is great the crew are now being more friendly, they have someone waiting at the kiosk now if you need any assistance. It is now more of a restaurant and a friendlier establishment.

Third time I've pulled into drive thru & was either first or second vehicle. All subsequent vehicles asked to pull into waiting spots. Witnessed almost 2 collisions between cars leaving waiting area while other vehicles were exiting drive-thru. The last time there it took 15 minutes for two Happy Meals. Fries were barely warm, and when I got home I had one very upset child because one of the Happy Meals was missing a toy. You know, pretty much the whole reason you get Happy Meal! In addition, parking lot has multiple potholes and the raised pavement in drive-thru on the right side doesn't mesh well with wider vehicles. Someone should also look at the machine in second drive-thru window. It has glue residue on the side and a wire hanging out of it. Looks awful!
