This is a fairly standard Red Robin. The restaurant is clean. The fries are all you can eat. The prices are a little bit high for the quality of food. However, you are paying for the atmosphere. The service was fair. I was informed that they no longer employ bus boys and it showed. The waitress was assigned more tables than she really should have been and was therefore unable to really spend the time it would have taken to provide exceptional service. She was moving around and taking care of 8 or 9 tables and had minimal assistance.

Absolutely my favorite burger joint. Bottomless sides and specialty lemonades are my favorites. They have a bar side that is 21 and over only so no loud kids. The decor is nice and the staff is always extremely helpful. The rewards program is great, I always very a free burger for my birthday. The kiosks are nice for calculating the tip easy.

If giving no stars was an option, I would. Absolutely horrible service. It took an hour to get food for 4 people, and the restaurant was not full. The table next to us left before we got our food, and their dirty tableware still sat on the the table as we were walking out. We had to chase down someone to get our refills after the waitress had been to the table twice. Once we finally got our food, one meal was completely wrong. They took the old burger and remade it quickly, and brought the cold burger to the table with the cheese unmelted. Once the “bottomless” fries finally came, they were cold also. The table behind us received the sandwich that had been made incorrectly for our table. Some of the waitresses seemed to be walking around talking to each other rather than doing their job. The hostess was so busy cleaning tables and filling the balloons, that she didn’t seat the people walking in the front door. First and last time for Red Robin.

Food was only so-so. The service left a lot to be desired. We came in for a late lunch and the place only had a few other tables, food took 30 minutes, was luke warm and server was not one who delivered it. I suspect they were on break and while I understand that, get someone to watch your section. Refills on drinks were non existent. This is the second time I have tried this restaurant. 4 years ago the service was meh and food was horrid. Thought we would give it another try but I don't think we will be back.

Great food. Good service. I love their "bottomless fries" (and there are other various "bottomless" items). And I love their "royalty club"... Which gave me a free burger for my birth-month!!
