It’s Portillo’s !!! Awesome food of course from dogs to beef’s and their ribs are actually pretty decent as well. I’ve never had, but others I’ve been with are very happy with the salads as well. It’s a fun place with great decor, but be careful what times you go because everyone that I’ve been to can get extremely packed during peak times like lunch and dinner. They are very efficient though for the most part. Super-highly recommended.

This is our family's #1 place to eat when we are in that area. The beef sandwiches, their assortment of salads, and their CHOCOLATE cake are all great choices. It's conveniently located across the street from the movie theater. Lots of nostalgic items to look at. Most of it is from the prohibition era. The upbeat music and the energetic workers make for a dun atmosphere!

Shirley is the best, kindest worker here! We ordered 3 pieces of cake, and one happened to be a little small, so we were going to go to the counter to request a bigger piece, but Shirley stopped us before we even got up and solved the problem for us! Excellent service and Shirley was so nice and funny throughout the whole process. We love portillos because of great employees like her, and will definitely be back for years to come! KUDOS TO SHIRLEY!! #AWESOME

Always good. Just tell them EXACTLY how you want it made. I like my beef sandwich "dry" so it's not falling apart because of all the juice they it on it. It's not actually dry but that's just the term.

You are not living right if you don't eat Portillo's SOMEWHERE when you end up in the Chicago-land area. The best kind of food, the great environment, and the staff are always welcoming. Wish they had some where I live now. Whenever I come back home to visit family, my FIRST stop is Portillo's. If I need gas, it can wait, Portillo's food is worth it THAT much!!!
