The staff is always changing. I used to come here all the time on my way to work and you'd never see the same person for more than 1-2 months. Some did a great job and others I don't even think knew what a cucumber was. I will never go there again after all of a sudden one day they decided I could no longer place a call in order. I did call in orders all the time while I was getting ready for work at home, then I just ran in to grab it on the way to work. A few weeks ago I got a "I'm sorry we can't do that" despite the fact I had done it up to twice a week before then. Never explained why they wouldn't accept a call in order, just repeated "we can't do it". Won't be going there again. Luckily there is one on Carlyle which is pretty close to this one where the service and overall appearance of the store is much better. If you have a choice between the two, DON'T go to this one.

Good service, decent food and value.

Service is so slow. Was in store for 35 minutes and between 2 workers only made 5 sandwiches! Ingredients are fresh. Used the drive thru another time we went and was chewed out as we were told that is only for ordering 1 sandwich. There is no sign stating maximum ordering.

The Subway chain does make a reasonable sandwich and seems to maintain consistency of product across stores Staff here were polite - provided fresh bread , heated the tuna sandwich for me Vegetables seemed fresh - not wilted I was given the offer to pick what i wish - in some cases they wisk the toppings on and don't seem to hear you Place was clean with litter picked up and tables wiped Breakfasts are good too and recommended
