I haven't been to Chili's in a while, and I kind of see why I don't go to chain restaurants too often. I was intrigued by their 3 for $10 menu and the 2 for $7 lunch menu. Chips and salsa we're really salty. I had to ask the manager to get some chili instead which was decent. The server didn't check up to see how things were but I think she was the only one in the section. The manager was even serving. All in all, salty food today and slightly low on the service side. But when we asked, they were nice and helpful. Maybe I'd rather come back for a dinner or drinks at another location.

The waitress was awesome. However we sat near the bathroom and there were fruit flys flying around. The bathroom was not in tip top shape. When they first open years again I loved coming here. They really need to get it together.

Was out shopping with my 13 year old son, frustrated, & hungry. Noticed the Chili's at Harlem @ Cermak. Soon as we went in the aroma of great food welcomed us. The server was nice, polite, and informative. Not to pricey neither. We had a perfect ending to a rough father/son outing!

Even though it is not perfect (The chili gave me a stomach ache once), it is a great restaurant. For one thing, the food served is high in quality. We are frequent patrons of the restaurant, and every time we go, there is rarely anything wrong. Another thing is that the bathrooms are clean. If I were to compare it to the bathrooms at my school, I’d rather go to Chili’s. There are many more things that are good about it, but that is for you to decide but I recommend it.

The food was so good and delectable, but with that being said..... They need a new seating area so more people could be seated. Also they need to have a thing they can give and when it's your turn to be seated it'll just buzz so you'll know instead of them just calling your name...
