Like the early rock and roll music selection. Beef is still fabulous. Lemon cake is available for the summer. Service is different with every employee. They forgot to puut cheese on the burger. When i brought it to the statio they gave it back to me with a cold slice of cheese set on the top of the burger. I noticed and said this is not right. The kid took it out of my site and did the same thong again. I have also seen management yelling at the cooks 😒

Food will always be great. But this is the only location where the wait time is too long. They need a new manager who will knows how to handle certain time of the day. They always make you pay then 10 seconds later they ask you to move to a parking space while they take care of people behind you! This is not a 1st come 1st serve place. I try to avoid this location as much as possible! Then you ask for ketchup and when you get home, guess what... No ketchup! Other locations are on it and I never go through this. If you are in a hurry then avoid this location, if you don't mind waiting 15 minutes then come here.

The only Portillos I didn't like. My food sat getting cold. No one called my number. My fries tasted old. Seats are uncomfortable. Bathroom is unkept. My burger was not that bad. Maybe if it didnt sit & get cold.

Very delicious and traditional good foods. Best burger I had in a long time. Go here if you are hungry and are willing to spend money for good AND tasty food!

Took away 1 star because, while the food was delish...if you are new there...no amount of signs helps you. You still go to the wrong place to order. And the seats hurt my but...even with all the cushion I got.
