A bar with nice patio under the trees with Live music. The tables/wooden benches are little close. Their buffalo wings and fish sandwich is famous from what I found. Well I could be wrong. I tried their onion rings which was little salty but the servings were really big for one person. An order of onion rings could definitely serve multiple people. They have nice collection of beers. My friends n colleagues enjoyed them. The bar is locals favorite place. If you are in Bloomington/Normal and looking for a place to hang out. This should be on your list.

Schooner's is a restaurant that has been in the community for many years. They serve generous portions for a reasonable price. I had their King Tenderloin and it was so big I could have used it for 4 sandwiches. Altogether delicious food and a great atmosphere with live music outside

Only been to the location in Peoria and Bloomington one time each. Brought family here from out of town and everyone enjoyed themselves. Got here shortly after opening on a weekday and by the time we left, there were no open tables - very busy = good sign. I had a cheeseburger + fries and local craft beer and they were great. Friendly staff and the dining area was nice and felt comfortable.

Had lunch here one afternoon. Fun casual atmosphere, attentive staff, and delicious food. Recommend for sure!

Classic midwestern pub grub, but Schooners elevates that by delivering a consistent flavor and quality every time you order. Portion sizes are bonkers, and not all quality lost for quantity, my favorite onions rings are here. Also they do that "tavern fried" chicken as good as any hole in the wall in central Illinois.
