This is the worst location. I had to wait over 10 minutes just to place an order. When I finally did they didn't have any fries. How does the chicken spot run out of fries! Then they ran out of the substitute they had which was okra. I've been here and they have run out of white meat. They are always out of something. They don't offer any drinks. When I asked the lady what did she mean they didn't have fries she said "we don't have fries what you want me to tell you." I could get better customer service at McDonald's and pay half the price. I'll go to the one on Madison.

I was hungry when I walked in. So it smelled really good in there. I was very hopeful. I got the 2 peice white. To me the chicken was saltier than I like. I really liked the sauce on my fries. Next time I'll try it on the side for the chicken. Service was good.

The food was ok, nothing to write home about. They didn’t have any beverages, I thought that was a little tacky, how much effort would it have taken to go to the store and buy cases of pop until your order came in? Otherwise the staff was pretty nice, the place was moderately clean.

Chicken is always good. I brought my family in to sit and eat. The tables and chairs could be in better condition

I normally enjoy the food. I waited on the phone for 10 mins. the first time I called. I went home and called back again the cashier answered the phone told me to hold on .Once again I was on the phone another 10 mins. I was asking a question about the lunch special she states you only got 4 minutes to get here. I ask her to stop and I just ordered a g-pan. Once I got there to pick up my food as usual the cook eating over the food with gloves on.The other employee just talking like it's nothing. I enjoy the food but I rather drive all the way back to the west side and get my food. They are fast and better.
