Today I had an awful experience today , I went there with my mother-in-law, wife, and our son. The waiter Andy dropped an ice cold refreshment on my son who is only a 1 year old. My son was in shock and let out a cry because he did not know what happened to him. I understand that accidents happen and yes I am upset about it happening, but that's not the reason why I rating them poorly. The reason I'm rating poorly is because when we called the restaurant I believe the assistant manager Sergio answered and gave a ridiculous excuse. He said that since we left it was other of his hands. Okay who in the right mind would want to stay after something like that had happened to them. I was not going to let my child freeze just to wait for him to a take his sweet time to come an apologize. It's not like I left right away either I was there after the incident happened at least for 10 minutes. Which is more than enough time for word to spread around and the store manager or someone to come and make things right. Even after his ridiculous excuse he refused to make things right we will not be returning, and I will be writing to corporate.
