Phenomenal. Cocktails, comfort food, a fireplace and neon lights. The perfect combination of class and roadside cafe. The service was kind and attentive. Everything we ordered was 100% on point. We stayed ten minutes past close, but I had no idea until we got into the car- the service was that hospitable. Like a Wisconsin supper club that actually serves great food. Loved it!

Arrived at 11:30 on a Wednesday with a party of 4. Sat right down. Our waitress was great and kind. We all had the lunch buffet which i think is $11? Good fried chicken and sausage with Sauer kraut. They had a small salad bar with a salad mix of ice burg and mix greens. There was also kidney bean salad, corn fritters, chicken dumpling soup, broccoli soup, cottage cheese and pickled beats. There was another type of orange colored salad that was custard like and tasted like cheese. Everything was tasty, fresh and hot. Around 12 the restaurant became more crowded. Good place. I'll be back!

Mac and cheese was delicious and filling. Can share with another person. Chicken was crispy and had a breaded coating. Biscuits are scrumptious. Cole slaw was fresh and good. Desserts are a must so 🐖 out. I had the key lime pie and it was creamy.

This is the original restaurant on Old Route 66. Their specialty is fried chicken and mac & cheese. They have a lunch buffet which includes all you can eat chicken. Easy parking in front of restaurant. 🍗🇺🇸

Very good historic Rte 66 chicken restaurant. Great fried chicken dinners and all you can eat catfish and cod on Friday. Don't forget to have a couple of their great biscuits with butter and honey.
