Called and was told they are not taking phone orders and I came in .my wait is 30 minutes I'm not very happy. I have been waiting 40 minutes .I'm getting ready to leave. All I ordered was a pepperoni pizza and wings and bread sticks. I will never come back .

So hot and ready is rarely hot and ready. At times I’m waiting 30 min. Also when I call to avoid the wait they say they don’t take phone orders. Ahhhhhh the whole point is to get fast and easy pizzas. Way to ruin little chasers.

Pizza was awesome a couple months ago then all of a sudden they started not cooking there doughie items all the way. Not sure what is going on. I have chosen to start going to the location on Randal Road. I don't know about anybody else but after having food poisoning 4 times now. I'm done with this location.

This place sucks. The employees are all worried about listening to their ear buds instead of taking orders. One day I was in there we had to wait 20 minutes for the cinnamon buns. Because they forgot to put them in the oven. Then gave me an attitude when I said something. Another time the manager was on the phone while I was trying to pay for my order. Then when the employee asked for help the manager was very rude to the employee. THIS PLACE SUCKS.
